Your provision, delivery service and price was 5 star. I have 2 x batch 1 O2's already but i wanted one with the original GNR cab and - that is the only issue with the model really. The cab roof is too thin and it droops toward the rear as a result. pictures on the web site illustrate this I noticed but this was not replicated on "the real thing", which conforms to the drawings. My cab also looks a bit loose on one side which is helpful should I risk correcting the sag. I doubt if Accurascale will re-issue the O2. Anyone who wanted one has probably got one by now and your standards are far better. Heljan never got its sub contractors to understand the term Quality Control for steam outline locos but they should have picked this issue up when they received the first trial patterns.

This was good value for money at the recently much reduced price. I consider it to be a good model despite a couple of reviews on YouTube. The roof of the cab on mine was slightly distorted towards the offside rear corner but it is tolerable. My model runs pretty well so I am keeping it.

Excellent value for money. Loco runs quietly and smoothly on my Pentrollers

I'd seen one of these in action on Tony Wright's Little Bytham, and it was noticeably an improvement on the original issue of these 02's. Ran very well straight from the box, and great value too with the 30% "pull the lever" discount. Very pleased indeed.

Received with some trepidation but all good. No distortion to cab roof and only more loose sort in the clam shell easily re-affixed. Ran smoothly on DC. Straight forward to chip and runs well on DCC. Appears to lose its feet easily on even the shallowest incline. Need to investigate why as is a decent weight and haulage shouldn’t be an issue.
