With these prices on O gauge models, there has never been a better time to jump into this scale as I have. This is a HUGE loco, even for this scale, and the detailing around it is amazing, and its DCC ready. Very well boxed and securely packaged. Very happy.
Size isnt everything with this model! Its such a nice unique Railbus, something different for the layout, very well detailed and lighting too as well as DCC ready, very happy.
Very happy with these, a 3 car DCC ready DMU with a fantastic lighting suite is fantastic at this price. Great box too and packaging.

This is a stunning model, I especially like the cab ends and the pantograph lift and closes manually without any fuss at all.

Beautiful coach. The detail is amazing and looks just right. Shame the Blue & Grey versions disappeared in a matter of hours! Hopefully a re-run will address the demand for all things BR Blue!
Heavyweight Performer - Fantastic O Scale Tractor
Heljan has captured the aggressive look of the Class 37 perfectly. The motor mechanism is incredibly smooth, the sound provision is excellent, and the heavy die-cast chassis makes it a brilliant performer. Essential for any BR sector-era modeller.
Magnificent O Gauge Model with Superb Presence: The detail on this Railfreight Sector Grey Class 47 is absolutely spectacular. The paint finish is crisp, the weight gives it immense hauling power, and it looks magnificent on the tracks. A true centrepiece for any 7mm layout. Highly recommended!
A certain influencer seems determined to bash Heljan at every opportunity, but that has not been my experience at all. In fact, thank you Sam, because the negative noise appears to have helped push these models down to under £100, which makes them exceptional value for those of us who actually buy and run them properly.
I have found nothing but quality from the Heljan models I own, and this Class 47 is another excellent example. In fact, I now own eight of these Class 47s in different liveries, and every one has performed well. They run smoothly and quietly, look superb, and offer crisp detailing, solid build quality and excellent value for money. At under £100, 47137 is an outstanding buy and one I am very happy to recommend.
