The PCA Cement Vee wagons were two-axle pressure-discharge powder wagons coded PCA under the TOPS system, built from the early 1980s for carrying powdered cement and similar dry bulk materials. They featured a distinctive inverted “vee” or depressed-centre tank to aid unloading under compressed air. These rugged wagons served for decades across the network and became iconic of British cement traffic before their gradual retirement in the 2020s as newer designs replaced them.
