Customers praised this O Scale locomotive model for its exceptional detail and quality. Reviews highlighted "stunning" livery paintwork, "superb" cab and underframe details, and smooth, quiet operation. Shoppers called it "great value for money" and "the most stunning RTR model yet produced." Runs well in DC format. Some noted customs delays on delivery.
Yet another great class 73. Arrived eventually after some odd delays with customs , and many emails …. Other than that great model.
An excellent model of a 73.
Now just need a TC set to run with it!
Amazing loco at an amazing price. Too good to miss, it is the most stunning RTR model yet produced.
Excellent detailed Model.
The Heljan Class 73 in BR large logo blue livery is a really superb model, the level of detail on the cab front, the cab interior, the underframe and the bogies is just superb, I think the best detail I have seen on a 0 gauge modern loco yet especially the etched grilles on the roof and body sides, the livery is outstanding.
Have tested this heavy weight model on my garden railway and it is a quiet, smooth running and powerfull model.
Looking forward to getting the Inter City liveried 73 soon.
Very pleased with this model all round.

Stunning model! Great detail. Beautifully finished
Absolutely grand model. Excellent value for money.
It’s a magnificent model of the long lived Class 73, the BR large logo livery is applied accurately. The loco runs smoothly and responds well in DC format to the controller. Very pleased with the price and with the delivery.
Blown away by this model. A real proper model to marvel at. You can’t do that in 4mm. It lives, it has presence and I’ve got nowhere to put it… yet!
Would have been good to have a sheet of alternative window blinds, perhaps Accurascale could do this for future offerings.
