Nice model of an unusual loco. The only niggle I have is the Decoder fitting method could be improved.
I've always liked these models. I know that the first run had some issues due to poorly assembled gear towers with the bearings not being seated properly leading to motors overheating, but once fixed these are nice models.
I've added sound to mine using a HM7000 sound decoder, the sound may not be correct, but it will do for now. No problems with split gears on this model and it runs smoothly and silently.
