While the numbers 149 and 150 are now famously associated with modern Pacer and Sprinter trains, in this context, they refer to much older unpowered trailer cars built in the late 1950s.

Unpowered Units: These do not have motors. They are designed to be hauled or pushed by a powered Class 121/122 unit. (149 and 150 respectively)

DCC Capability: They feature a 21-pin DCC interface. This allows you to install a decoder to control the interior and directional lighting independently.

Lighting: Equipped with authentic exterior directional lighting (headcodes/tail lights) and fully detailed interior lighting for the passenger saloons and cabs.

Couplings: Features magnetic couplings for easy attachment to other units and sprung buffers for a realistic appearance.

Nice model. Had an issue with the inner roof dropping. Easy fix . But Not ideal for a new model. Still other than that 10/10

Lovely model goes well with my 121
Simply superb, just as detailed and as heavy as the powered units. Highly recommended!
Love the paint finish on this and it looks great tagged onto a 121 unit its just the wires showing inside that lets them down a little.
Good Model - Great Price
This is a lovely model and I’ve got it paired in a consist with a matching Dapol DMU! A good tip is to look for the tiny switch which isolates the rear lights. Not sure this is made clear in the instructions? Great value. I’ve got three different versions! Recommended.
The Class 149 trailer car in Network South East is a really superb model and is a perfect companion for the Class 121 rail car (bubble car) which I already have in my collection, as I have mentioned in previous reviews on this model the interior and exterior detail is superb as is the perfectly applied NSE livery.
A really excellent model.
I really hope Accurascale / Heljan will bring out more DMU models in 0 gauge in the future.
