Built in 1958, the class 122 diesel railcars were primarily used for suburban work on the London Midland region and some even made it as far as running on Scotish routes. This design of single car units were nicknamed "Bubble Cars" by railway enthusiasts. In 1968 some of the Class 122 units were converted to carry parcels and reclassified to Class 131.
This model features a high level of exterior detail, a powerful motor and a fitted interior. A great addition to your BR Era model railway.

The BR green Class 122 railcar is a really super model with superbly applied green livery and great interior detail, the model is a fantastic runner and goes perfectly with the BR green Class 150 traler car already purchased, very pleased with both models.

My first DMU and amazing quality, even has two different locations front and back of DMU.
Great model at a great price, runs well and looks great 👍 only faulty was a buffer was loose in the box which was easily refitted 🙂
Excellent highly detailed model with great running qualities. Very please with my purchase.
