Built in 1959, the class 117 diesel multiple units were primarily used for suburban work from London. The construction of these units was based on the single carriage units (Class 121) with an added corridoor connection.
This model features a high level of exterior detail, a powerful motor and a fitted interior. A great addition to your BR Era model railway.

Absolutely love these DMU’s! Heljan have absolutely nailed it. It’s truly stunning. Would love to see more DMU’s in the future- a Class 101 and Class 108 would be good choices with widespread use across the country and multiple liveries to produce. Here’s hoping!

My first foray into O Gauge and sadly I have had to return it due to a number of manufacturing defects on the roofs of each car. Very, very disappointed as they are very visible and should not have passed the factories quality control.
Apart from that, the model is stunning and I hope this is a one off and a good one can be found to replace it.
