Skønheden ved Class 33 ligger i dens funktionelle, ukomplicerede design. Vi har omhyggeligt genskabt den karakteristiske karosseriprofil, der har fine tagventilator gitter, autentiske bogiedetaljer og de specifikke førerhus-variationer, der definerer 33/0, 33/1 og 33/2 (Slimline) varianter. En af vores mest populære 'OO' skala modeller vender tilbage i slutningen af 2025 efter flere års fravær fra sortimentet. Den klassiske BRCW Type 3 – bedre kendt som Class 33/0 – er tilbage med seks liveries, der spænder fra original BR Green til 1980'ernes BR Blue og nutidens West Coast Railways rød. Også inkluderet i batchen er den unikke BR Blue/Yellow 33012 i tilstand fra slutningen af 1990'erne og 33026 i tidlig 1990'ers BR 'General' Grey.

The Heljan BRCW class 26/27 and 33’s have always been fantastic models and one of my favourites, I have over a dozen class 26 and 27’s in my collection with around 5-6 class 33’s. I hope to see more of these being produced in the years to come.
The livery on this 33 is just stunning, and will sit perfectly with my other WCRC diesels.

They’ve not fitted the buffer beam detail whoop whoop!!! This is supplied in the detail bag for you to fit as required, this is a massive improvement on previous examples. Only thing left is can we have etched name plates too.
As soon as you open the sturdy box the model just stuns, the livery really suits this loco and does reflect that of the real example.
Separately fitted hand rails adds to the detail, but if being picky the bogie is lacking but doesn’t distract from the model. A little picky but the wiper blades and arms look a little over scale. The roof detail appears to be just molded, but again no fear of damaging parts when handling.
Handling this model is easy and there is no fear of knocking parts off, which will make this model ideal for the young or where lots of handling is needed.
Let’s talk price, for less than £100… this model is or this class of models from Heljan is a must and a bargain. A good quality product that is affordable to everyone and with the different payment options to makes it even more within reach of modellers on a stricter budget.

My favourite 33. Lovely livery and runs so well. Can go with so many rakes.
A very quiet and smooth runner from straight out of the box. Great paint colour ,something different from greens and blues. The 33 is a smart looking Loco.

Very quiet runner. Would recommend this to anyone who was wondering if they should purchase one they will not be disappointed.
A lovely little loco. The older versions are very good models, the newer version is even better: Detailing is very good. Livery excellent. plenty of pulling power. Look forward to seeing some of the DRS versions if Heljan do any re-releases?
Absolutely splendid model. It ran smoothly, straight from the box, gliding easily away with eight coaches in tow. Finely detailed and goes well with the Fragonset Class 33 i bought earlier. Bargain price too!
