Bygget af Brush Traction mellem 1957 og 1962, blev Class 31 designet som en erstatning for damptræk i forskellige regioner. Disse seks aksel lokomotiver blev en "jack of all trades" lokomotiv og blev fundet på både godstransport og passagertransport. 263 class 31'er blev produceret, og gennem deres operationelle karriere havde de mange forskellige underklasser og operatører.

Customers praised this O Scale locomotive as "beautifully done" with highly detailed design, realistic features, and excellent value. The twin motor setup, lighting, working fan, and easy DCC fitting impressed shoppers. One customer reported poor service with no shipping updates or responses. Some noted plastic buffers and bogies could be improved.
Awesome model love the look in this Dutch livery and it fits the bill i need. They nice easy dcc fitting makes putting sound in a treat. Love the clear instructions and booklet recommending the desired decoders and speakers can wait to get this on my layout when its built. Next big project it is In the pipeline when room allows. Lovely model and nice price too. Well work a treat on anyones layout if you have the room for one.

When I opened this box I was truly impressed by this loco, but it gets a 4/5 for something loose in the cab.
The look and shape of this model depicts the class 31 well the only thing that really jumps out is if the buffers are to thick, they are plastic and think maybe metal ones would of finished the model off better.
Model has a robust appearance, which is ideal if using in the garden. Bogies do have a plastic look to them, with no separately fitted parts; but again robust if in the garden.
Cab detail is clearly visible through the clear windows and all the dials and gauges are detailed and visible.
The paint is crisp and has no paint bleed.
All in all I was very impressed with this model and let’s talk price. For what you are getting it’s perfect for entry level into O gauge. I can see Accurascale/Heljan doing some special things with this gauge. But for me a beginner into O, there are models I can afford and will look the part running in the garden.

Another great livery on a class 31. Beautifully done. I am also pleased to see numbered locos for those of us who don't want to use transfers, which never look right.
