Bygget til at erstatte de legendariske Lancashire & Yorkshire 0-4-0ST 'Pugs', denne klasse af 20 kort akselafstand 0-4-0 diesel-hydrauliske lokomotiver var baseret på et standard industrielt design. Leveret til depoter i det nordvestlige England til rangering af skarpe kurver omkring havne og godsdokker, blev mange solgt til industrien i slutningen af 1960'erne og efterfølgende bevaret for at nyde et tredje liv på kulturarv jernbaner.

I have a soft spot for these little diesel shunters. My one runs nicely and it is nicely detailed. I know that some have criticised the rough finish of the metal running plate / chassis but I do not have any complaints. It even has a working light each way for both ends. My model can crawl over both of my standard points.
excellent little loco, great detail and it runs very nicely. easy to convert to dcc. a great addition to my little layout.
A great little locomotive. I needed a small loco to shunt wagons around my Heljan turntable and this fits the bill perfectly. I fitted a DCC decoder and it's low speed running is spot on. All I need now is a suitable driver.
A really lovely little model that runs beautifully from the box. A stay alive is definitely a need, it's a bit of a squeeze but you can get one in the cab infront of the desk without it being seen. Mine has been very heavily weathered and it really shows off the detail
I guess the only negative is the cab light may as well not be there, and more of the marker lights could be illuminated but it does at least mean I have a project to add them in!
Didnt know I needed a Yellow 02 in my life! But clearly I did.Photos dont do it justice as they wash out the colour a bit. Actual colour is much better in reality. Weight is good, detail on point and robust. Havent run it as yet as waiting to sound fit and add a stay alive.....Somewhere, but Heljan usually have great running qualities so should be as expected Truly a lovely model and a bit of a bargain . Very happy and fortunate purchase!
