I 1950'erne og 60'erne var disse 35-tonstanke den primære metode til at transportere bulkvæsker i hele Storbritannien. Uanset om det var højoktan spiritus eller tung industriel olie, var disse vogne en fast bestanddel i både blandet gods og dedikerede "blok"-tog. Vores modeller fanger overgangen fra de tidlige damptogdesigns til den slanke, moderne æra inden for jernbanegods, hvilket gør dem til et uundværligt supplement til ethvert layout fra midten af århundredet eller overgangsperioden.
Skønheden ved en tankvogn ligger i dens rørføring. Vi har omhyggeligt genskabt de tydelige forskelle mellem Klasse 'A' (til stærkt brandfarlige spiritus) og Klasse 'B' (til tunge olier, ofte med varmelegemer). Vores modeller har detaljerede udløbsventiler, fine mandshuller og autentiske stiger med trådforstærkning. Med et vægtet chassis for enestående kørsel er disse tanke designet til at se lige så godt ud, som de fungerer.

Customers praised these OO Scale tank wagon models as "stunning" with "excellent detail" and "first class paint job." Most noted exceptional value at the pack price and smooth running qualities. However, some mentioned the Regent logo has reversed colors and occasional free-running issues out of the box, though easily fixed with lubrication.

Really pleased
First time I have ever purchased Heljan products and overall very happy with my purchase. Detail and finish is excellent. The reason I have only given 4 Stars is because out of the box these were not free-running.
At first I thought the brake shoes were actually restricting the running and maybe they still are but went to my 25 year + tube of Kadee Greas-Em graphite powder and did a good puff into each axle box and they were immediately transformed into a very good running model. Still not perfect, but definitely a 9 out of 10. I also replaced the tension-lock couplings with Kadee #18 and very pleased to say the NEM pockets on the wagons are in the perfect position. My minimum radius is 24" so may #19 or #20 on smaller radius curves. Hope Heljan address this problem with future runs.

(And yes I did know before purchase that the Regent badge has the colours the wrong way up 😁).

Capture the look of the prototype well but spoilt by incorrect suspension and reversed colours on Regent logo.
Good value though, just need a bit of work to get them top notch
A great tank wagon with excellent running qualities and plenty of detail. I must like them as over the years my rake could now go up to 40 in various liveries. Not sure so I’ll have to check, but I think the early versions had metal chassis’s where as this batch are plastic. All the same, you’d be hard pressed to see the difference and the running quality is certainly not compromised.

Beautifully detailed models and very good value money at £75 for a pack of four. Would have had 5 stars were it not for the reversal of colours in the "Regent" logo, but I was aware of that before I bought them and it's a simple thing to correct.
Four nice models of a more unusual tank wagon, well finished and supplied in a secure box. Great value for money.
Well these are superb models, and were a brilliant price,my third pack,not sure but the colours on the Regent may be wrong, ie red segment on top,but never mind,the model is superb,bringing the Charles Roberts tank to life!
This is the third pack i have of these superb models,now all fitted with Fleishmann 6515 couplings,they are close coupled and no movement between wagons, thanks to these superb couplers the best NEMs on the market,replacing the dreadful tension lock,they are the one major improvement to complete the superb tank wagons.i would recommend to all, to try the 6515 you will be so impressed by them,and i do not work for Fleishmann,just love these couplings to replace the STONE age tension lock!
